Terms and Conditions of Booking

• A deposit of 20% of the total cost of the rental is required within 10 days of the provisional booking
• Confirmation of booking will be sent via email upon receipt of the 20% deposit
• The balance is due at least 8 weeks before the start of the rental
• Receipts and booking confirmation forms will be sent as pdf attachments on emails - in order to save paper waste - unless otherwise requested
• Changeover day is Saturday for preference, though this is negotiable, particularly out of season
• The villa is available to guests from 14:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 10:00 on the day of departure
• In the event of a cancellation, refunds will be awarded as follows:
